Staff, Sharon, was extremely patient and attentive to our taste and stuck to our needs without being pushy. She’s working overtime to give us the options we want to customize our family room. So excited to see our final designs.

Ordered a dining table from there. Initial experience was good. A month after the order was placed, get a call that the fabric for seat cushions is discontinued. Annoying to say the least. Went in and came to find out that they had an updated fabric list from last fall, but did not bother to pull the discontinued fabrics. When I pointed this out, the response from the designer is human error. The kicker - as we were looking for a new fabric, we still had to cross check against the updated list. So they still hadn't bother to pull other discontinued fabrics. When we asked for other fabric options, we were told we would have to pay extra. No effort to see if they could do something given the situation. How is this customer service? We'll see how the table turns out.

Left a bad taste in my wife since I walked into the store I felt the unfriendly vibe.my and my wife in the fashion industry for the past 25 years.we greet customers all day long with experience working sakes fifth avenue for over twenty years .we are not there to purchase a leather sectional big enough for our large family room..the lady at the reception took our temperature.she was not friendly at all may because we had on casual clean pressed cloth .she told us to stand right there and we did.then she called.anther lady (Designer).she looked us up and down and said.l am not available the receptionist replied .you have to Waite here at the door for fifteen minutes for the next available designer.I know that you have to be carful for COVID I totally understand that was rude spoiled our evening we just walked out a drove to Abt store and purchased a sectional sofa eight seats beautiful beige color and what a deference in costumer service .you just lost a $7500 sale.
