Mike Sommers was our sales person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. He took the time to explain things to not only me, but my family. The furniture is exceptional and the choice of fabrics available is remarkable. There's something there for everyone. Enjoyable experience! The recliner we ordered wasn't available but we did get a replacement at no extra cost.

La Z Boy Furniture Galleries in Oakbrook, IL, made it easy for me to order my new custom recliner. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us to create a special chair that doesn’t look like any run of the mill recliner. All of this for much less than other furniture stores that have a much inferior product. The saleswoman was very patient and efficient while the store manager explained the manufacturing process in great detail to us. We were very impressed and will be coming back again for our furniture needs.

We love our new couch and chair! The delivery guys were fast and helpful.nMy only complaint is that we waited six months for our new furniture. I understand that high demand means long lead times, but that’s the only thing I would change.

I had a great experience with the Oak Brook Lazy Boy store. Catherine was very helpful and knowledgable about the chairs and the options. She explained everything very clearly. My order was placed and I got my delivery a few weeks before I expected it, which is GREAT in these crazy furniture supply times. I would highly recommend the Oak Brook store to anyone who is interested in a high quality brand of furniture.nKeep up the good work!

Absolutely satisfied with the whole experience. My wife took me to pick out a chair for my 30th birthday. Everyone was kind and easy to work with. We were told it would be about 6 months for the chair to be delivered, but it arrived in less than 3! It's so comfortable. Perfect gift for your 30 year old man child.
