We purchased a dining table, sectional couch and fire table for our new patio from the Great Escape, and couldn't be happier. We did a lot of research online, and looked at several online and local stores that sell patio furniture. There was just no comparison. The selection, quality and price at the Great Escape were all far better than everything else we saw. The customer service was great too. Highly recommend them if you want quality patio furniture at a good price.
Excellent selection and fantastic service. Did I mention how knowledgeable Cory was with helping me figure out which patio set would work for my deck space? Can't wait for my delivery.
We bought a new patio set and the experience at the store was great. Selection was vast and our sales person was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the delivery company was awful. They assembled our furniture in our front yard and made a complete mess. Pieces of foam were littered all over our yard. I get that a few pieces may get left behind but this was not the case. There were probably 40-50 pieces left for me to chase all over my neighborhood. To add insult to injury I emailed the store with no response.
My experience at this store was superior. Sean and Brad went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and being this is the first pool I have ever purchased Brad explained the entire process from start to end to make sure I knew every step in the purchase from pool when is delivered to installers. Ellen and Corey are why we purchased our pool from Great Escape 7 years ago, and why we keep going back. They've talked us through chemical issues, opening and closing, covers, decking. They are simply the best, and they make us feel like family!
