Walked in to the store for a normal upgrade, employee was very unprofessional did not seem to care (names were Alex and Jamal) and the manager (who was in the back most of the time) came out wearing a beanie and a bears jacket. Were not helpful and didn't seem to know their own trade in policies. This is coming from a former T-Mobile employee so I know a thing or two. Tablets were also left unattended on the floor.

Great until t-mobile doesn't know. Illinois extended license validity until 6 1 due to pandemic great technology conpany

There is a couple of liars works in here. Very unprofessional. Anjelica and Jessice. Both of them lying peoples together. Untill they change your company they are giving wrong informations. Never come to this store. They are just liars.
