Super friendly. Great selection. If they don't have it they will do what they can to get it for you or help find the most similar product.

The level of attention, care, and customer service in this shop is unlike anything else, and certainly light years above the standards of a big box music store such as Guitar Center. I live 45 minutes from Mikes drum shop and 5 minutes from a Guitar Center. This shop is worth the 45 minute drive, to and back.

Best place around. Thank God for a private owned drum shop. Like back in the good old days.

Mike's Drum Shop is a treasure. Mike and Mike are professional drummers who are knowledgeable and enormously helpful to drummers at every level. I purchased a Sonor Prolite kit at a reasonable price and couldn't be more pleased.
