Samir. If you have any complicated situation with some complex phone issue stuff he is your guy. He was phenomenal and patient even after hours of help. Really I would never go to another guy. Phenomenal service. Thank you

I drive 45 minutes to THIS LOCATION simply because the customer service is like none I've experienced at any other store. The store manager, Philip and his staff are superb! I walk out an ELATED customer every time!

This is my third attempt at various T-Mobile stores to get help with two apps. Bought a new phone, about to go, not everything was transferred properly. Have lost the ability to use two apps. It is impossible to reach them on the phone, rings Rings Rings forever, no chance to leave a message. When you do get someone on their phone, the line is so staticy and crackly it's hard to understand them. And this is a Communications company. Sorry our services with them

Yesterday I stopped by at 7:00pm and I opened the door and the girl said we are closing and shuts the door before I could say anything. Very rude. The hours on the door said 8pm (no additional sign about closing early). I guess I'll stick with AT&T. They're expensive but at least there customer service is great.
