Fantastic service! I was in and out fairly quickly considering the social distancing measures that are taken. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe. The technician and sales representative were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Picked up my new iPhone 12 today. My appointment was at 11:45 but got there an hour early and was able to complete my appointment super quick and with a great experience! The store did a fantastic job being careful with COVID and letting a limited amount of people in the building at a time!nThe woman who helped me, Michele, was so so sweet and upbeat. She was so informative and really did a great job being quick and efficient! Great experience here today and I would definitely go back if needed!

The Apple store is doing a great job with COVID restrictions and keeping both customers and employees safe. HIGHLY recommend making an appointment! I had to wait outside until a member of the Genius Bar was available and Apple called to remind me the day before to dress for the weather. The wait was about 5 minutes and they made it so easy!

Would not recommend going to this apple if needing repair service, unless you have a lot of spare time and warm clothes. I had a 1pm appointment to replace the battery in my iphone. I got there a few minutes early and was told I would need to wait in an extremely long line outside. To make matters worse, security had directed us to the pick up line, not the genius bar line. We found this out when we got to the front of the first line, and then were told to go to the end of the other line.nThere was absolutely no point in having a 1pm appointment, except for Apple to try and limit who is waiting in line (no walk-in).nI finally saw someone after 1:30pm, and was told I’d be able to pick up my phone in two hours. To just advise security I had my phone serviced and provide and ID. This again was not the case, as when I arrived at 3:30 I was once again told to wait in a line nearly 20 minutes long. To top it off, I paid to get my battery replaced, and they sent back a phone with less than 20% battery. Would not recommend going here for servicing until apple is able to find a way to properly time the spacing for them.
