The staff at this store is full of amazing people always willing to help. They seem very educated and empathetic. I witnessed everyone working as a team and taking pride in what they do. If you want customer service and not just someone to try to upsell, this location is perfect!
We have a relative who is a part time user of the T Mobile service, and we had the account suspended several months ago, due to them being out of the country. We found out that T Mobile continued to bill them AFTER this was done. We attempted to go into the store and try to solve the billing issue on their behalf (since they cannot call the customer service number or be on site). The store couldn't even help with this and had us go through to the billing phone number (which we had already tried once and were directed to find a T Mobile store). Based on this, I would strongly advise avoiding T Mobile as a service provider (thankfully, my primary service is with a different provider). Also, for those who are T Mobile customers, definitely do NOT go into this or any other store to attempt to solve any billing issues, because they apparently will not be able to help, based on what I can only reason as a very flawed corporate policy. You will be told that you are on your own, must call their customer service number, and have wasted a trip.
Knowledgeable and friendly employees at this location. They aren't pushy and gives you your options!
