Clean, well stocked, good selection and sale prices, helpful staff

Totally dissatisfied with there pickup in store location. I understand wanting and hoping that by walking through the store may make you buy something you didn't intend to buy. When exhausted, you don't shop. Bring your pickup closer to middle of the store, not all the way at the rear entryway by the loading dock.

Better than expected, though not as good as years ago. But what is?

One of the few nice dept stores left

This store always has a good selection, and a huge selection of clearance items at Stellar prices. Quality of the clothing seems just fine. I don't know why other stores can't sell it for the same amount. Oddly though, they won't let you use a gift card if you're charging the balance to your JCPenney card. Their computer systems won't allow it supposedly.
