Not the best customer service. We visited here twice while staying in the area and the employees didn't have the most positive of attitudes. Could be that it was a holiday weekend but from reading some of the other reviews on here it looks like it's a fairly frequent occurrence.

From what to could see from previous post that I’m not the only ones that say that the employees are rude. They was having specials for the Dragon fruit drinks from 2-6 and I went to Order one and when I got it it didn’t have any sugar so I asked could they oust sugar in there they said no because of the COVID-19. I understand that so I asked could I get another one cause no sugar was added and they said I would have to pay for the 2 dollar drink! I asked why when they didn’t ask me if I wanted sugar and he proceeds to say that they Nit supposed to asked I was supposed to tell him. I will never go back to this place on my most Thirsty Day !!!

Everytime I've been here there has been an issue. I try to order my drink that I always get from Dunkin and either they try to explain to me why I shouldn't order it that way and then make it wrong. Every drink I get they want to put extra ice and extra cream so I rarely get actual coffee. If you ask for no ice in something they try to force you to have ice. It's always a hassle and never correct. Honestly hate reviews like this but they earned every word.
