I love these pretzels, I personally think the pizza pretzel is the best one.

Went on Wednesday 1/22 at 230. Middle aged, short hair, glasses woman employee working. Asked for a regular pretzel, gave me bites instead. I said again I wanted a regular pretzel and her response was not the bites? I said no.nnWasn’t a big deal until I realized she told the previous customer directly in front of me, whom she had also been conversing in Spanish, that she wouldn’t give her the bites (I assumed because they weren’t fresh) and threw that container out.nnAfter she gave me a cold, flavorless pretzel this employee then proceeded to THROW OUT the other 2 cups of pretzel bites on display-one of which she apparently had no problem giving to me.nnI’m not one to leave reviews or complain but this certainly seemed like discrimination to me.
Went today had two young kids working in the front one of them was just soo rude kept staring at a girl that had purchased a pretzel and even after he asked who was next he was soo busy looking at the girl he didn't even pay attention to my order I'm also aware that if you purchase 3 you get 1 free I had only gotten 2 but returned to get another one after someone else asking me for one guy was rude and said he couldn't do it anymore like really I understand if it would have been an hour later but I had just purchased them
Small spot in Oakbrook mall... great fast service and as always wonderful fluffy pretzels... my favorite is the jalapeño... get the app it has many free perks!
