This place is usually okay but recently the new employee is always put at the window and he needs more training before he’s left alone. Takes way too long and his drinks have always been way too sweet or just gross. I’m honestly considering stopping coming here just from him alone.
Drive thru is pretty rude lately. Always feel like i'm a bother.nMy orders are normally wrong or burnt if i get food.nCoffee isn't that big of a deal but i pay more to fix their mistake to avoid talking more to them, but even then that makes them mad too.nNow i order off grub hub from another location because this location is terrible.nnOlder review sadly this is no longer true:nLove this location super friendly and fast!
The lady taking the orders in the morning is rude. Sighs, long pauses, very bad attitude. However, the employee who handed us our coffees at the window was very pleasant!
They apparently don't know their own products. Asked for a cold brew, received an iced coffee. I returned it to receive the right product and STILL was given ANOTHER iced coffee. Never going back. If they ran out they should've communicated that.
Good service. Beautiful location. Friendly employees.
