Ordered just a large ice coffee for curbside pick up sat in my car for about 10mins. The app even asked for my parking number. Still nothing. I finally went inside, just to see my coffee sitting on a table. Why offer curbside pick up if you have to go inside? If you do curbside this location will not follow through. So just order inside. Disappointing. They didn’t even make my ice coffee correct:(nnUpdate: I returned to get my Ice coffee remade and the manger Jonathan kindly remade my drink for me the way I wanted it. No issues and I appreciate that. Despite what happen earlier Jonathan did a great job fixing the issue. Thank you.
Clean place and good pastries, however, never a quick in and out when going here. Last time I was in there the person in front of me had a huge order and I had to wait in line for a good 5 minutes. Finally someone else came out to help me.
The service was fast, friendly and accurate. I also like the changes and additions they make to their menu. Always interesting and enticing.nThis is definitely a trusty place to go.
I am there every weekend on Sundays. I find a staff there on Sundays to be outstanding probably the best Panera staff I've ever come across . I thank everyone that works at this Panera. YOU ALL are extremely customer service friendly.... you are the best!!!
I always enjoy panera, it's a bit pricey but enjoyable nonetheless!
