This is the most unprofessional Dunkin donuts I have ever experienced. The customer service was absolutely pathetic due to the fact of the workers giving attitude, and rolling eyes because they kept messing up the simple order I ordered. Mind you I was in line waiting for 15 minutes waiting for them to get themselves together. I highly recommend the owners to reconsider there staffing. Nobody was wearing masks on top of it.

Just wanted to say that your drive up guy at around 330pm every day rocks! Always super personable and friendly. Always says “thank you my brother” when I leave. At this day and age w the struggle between races, it’s great to see an African American responding like that to a white as hell guy from Wheaton. Literally brightens my day every day w his positive vibe attitude. Can’t thank him enough and he deserves a raise!

I go to dunkin for an iced coffee 2 times a day. I would rate this current location a negative 0 if i could. The service is absolutely horrible. You don't get greeted your asked what do you want. Not yet has one employee not been so rude. I went to go inside last weekend, 2 employees were working one inside her car out front of the store and one inside and i was told they were closed inside, drive through only. They are always open inside. Will never come here again & I highly recommend going to a different location.

The service is so bad this is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write in my entire life. If you want to go get yelled at and insulted this is the place for you. At first I thought maybe the woman was having a tough day but I returned at different times different days and got yelled at every time except for once. If you yell at me it’s one thing but I have the nicest husband who is so super respectful to everyone and tonight he went to get me some ice cream and also got yelled at for asking a question lol WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. No worries, I still got my ice cream from an establishment that wants to make money.

This place should be just shut down already. I never write reviews, but enough is enough with this place. I typically go to a further Dunkin because the service is disgusting. I recently went there at 8:30, because it was convenient. Their hours say open till10pm , I went at 8:30 on April 10th. All the lights were on and no one came to the window. . I know they were opened. This happens a lot there. The employees seem to make their own hours. Whoever owns this place needs to wake up.
