Terrible service all around. I came in one afternoon and i asked the drive through woman about the flavors they had of ice cream, just the popular ones. She acted like their flavors are some big secret. She refused to tell me what flavors they had and said “No, we can’t tell you what ice cream flavors we have. It’s policy”. To which I responded with “Uhm what?” And she said something along the lines of “if we have it then we have it and if we don’t then we don’t have it”. I recorded part of the conversation because I could not believe what I was hearing.nnA time before that (I know I have to stop giving this place my money, but it’s on my way home from work) I stopped by literally an hour before they closed ( I know because I checked) and I asked for a Chai latte. The woman REFUSED and said “no I can not make it, I just cleaned the machine” uhm an hour before closing?nnI believe this was the same woman both times. Both times I (not to be a Karen) called corporate and they said they would reach out to the manager or owner and then they’d call me back. Never heard anything ever.nnAll in all service is terrible and the management does not care

Went there at 730pm. They said they were closed. Clearly states on their door and website it is a 24h establishment. So never again.

We went to this 24 hour Baskin Robbins at 10 o’clock this evening and we waited until 10:30 and then we left and nobody was even in the store the entire time. This is the worst run business I have ever seen out of all fast food restaurants. Don’t go!

Fresh Ice Cream, but of the 31 Baskin Robbins Flavors, they had 3... is this even Baskin Robbins? What happened to the other 29 flavors???? Am I old and outdated? Or is this all a Lactose Fraud scheme???
