Advance transportation system is a great place to work for. Great services great people’s and a great area in Illinois.. they also have great dispatcher and maintenance crew. Having worked as a driver for Advance Transportation since May of 2019 I can say without a doubt that they are the best company I have driven for in my 19 years of driving. Everything that they have promised me from the beginning of my employment they have delivered. I have always been treated with respect by everyone I've come in contact with and have never had a problem working with my dispatcher on getting the right loads and going home and taking time off whenever I need to.

Working for Advance Transportation Systems has been a refreshing change for this driver. The staff is responsive as well as helpful and informative. As for my Disbatcher, I cannot say enough kind words. Todd responds immediately. Todd calls to check on me when he has a minute so I am never without contact with the office. I am a subcontract driver but am treated like family.nSuzy

Listen to the reviews stay away from this company. They lie and say its not focused dispatched but it is. The lease purchase isn't good. They force lease purchaser to use there shop to get your money without fixing your truck. Also they will steal your money as well lying like you had work done in their shop. These reviews about this is a good company is a lie start working for them you will soon see. Pay close attention to the names of the ones that are saying this a good company. Stay away from this company its a scam. American workers stay away.

Ive been wth Advance for like 7 months and they have been fantastic. Always helpful and treat you like family. I had an issue at home about a month ago and they went out there way to help me. They care about their drivers and their families.
