Great people to work with. Unfortunately they are not understanding with how everyone is trained. Everyone learns differently. I was only there for 3 1/2 weeks with no intermodal experience and they said that I was not picking things up at they’re pace. That’s because I wasn’t given enough training. I wasn’t given enough hands on training, which is why I wasn’t picking things up at they’re pace. If you want someone with no experience to understand the materials and be at the pace you want them to be, you should consider having a well thought out training structure. I

I work there only month 1/2 and had to give it up. I notice the first wk that it wasn't for me. Not good for owner Operators, if I didn't have a nest egg I'll be broke.
Horrible company kept telling me work would get better, never did! They only look out for the company fleet save your time.
