Go somewhere else!!!!!nThey screw you up any way they can....nEscrow is just another way to keep money from you,nTheir checks bounce, and they bounce even harder if they know you are quitting.nnYes they give you a chance fresh out of school but you better bellieve it they know what they are doing.nThey never pay you detention when you wait 4 hours at the rail when they are receiving that money.nThey pay rates are bs, $50 bucks for 3-4 hrs of work... you learn the hard way.nnIf loads are overweight they want you to pay the ticket if they take you the weight station... Ha!nnIf you are fresh out of school there is plenty of companies that will take you and give you the proper trainning.nnThose good reviews are from people who work there.

They will NOT give you your escrow even if you meet all requirements. They are crooks. They wait 6 months so they hope you forget about it. If you come they will give you the run around and then call the police on you. Very very crooked company. You've been warned

Stay the HELL away from this company! The ONLY ones that gave this company high rating IS THE ONES THAT OWN AND WORK IN THE OFFICE! What a joke! I had to file a claim with the department of transportation and file and claim with the department of labor and I'm still waiting for my money (2,400) it's been over 5 months now. they hold your escrow for 6 MONTHS! They make you sign paperwork without giving you the chance to read it! I wonder why!? Every company holds your escrow for 45 days max! Save yourself the heachace with working with figus! You've been WARNED !

I give it one star because of wanting to say my part of the experience it comes down to they take drivers green out of school they sell them dreams take there money send them out for regional runs and pay you maybe $260 going coming back they pay you $25 because Figus tells you that’s what they get paid and we get it because Figus is for the driver don’t go by that that other person that commented fist is right Figus is a scam my last check for $900 was canceled because I went to another company I had to pay over draft that went up to $1200 and the escrow $1500 they kept with no reason the owner that Figus lady is a joke I would like to write everything though it’s not worth it they buy trucks every other week with the drivers money that they keep have good new personal cars and the house he just built about 2/3 years ago imagine he keeps your escrow let alone the money the take from your runs I ran 2600 miles less than 4 days my paycheck was $437 what’s your opinion on that ???nSorry to those who work there your been robbed
