Horrible horrible service! They scratched my new hardwood floors! When I called the office she told me that the movers done work for them anymore and she told me to look for them myself! Unbelievably horrible service do not use this company! The movers also pushed all over the toilet and did not clean! They ate all of the apples from the kitchen! Do not use this company horrible customer service when I called to complain she hang up on me.

RUN!!! They are Scammers. All they want is money. They don't care who they send to move you, kids with no experience. Takes them 10+ hours to move a two-bed apartment. They were late coming and took a 1 1/2 hour detour traveling to the destination. Olga is rude and a money-haggler. You may think you're saving in the beginning, but by the time you finished you will pay double what any other local company is charging, trust me.

I called to get prices and the lady was completely rude and disrespectful to me on the phone told me to call her tomorrow I would never call these people again don’t use them obviously they only have three reviews for a reason they are terrible people and a terrible company I can’t believe I have to give them one star

DO NOT USE THESE PPL!! THEY ARE NOT REAL MOVERS! THEY SENT 3 KIDS TO MY HOUSE WHO HAD NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL. THEY LOADED THE TRUCK SO POORLY ONLY HALF OF MY STUFF FIT. THEY DROVE IT TO MY NEW DESTINATION AND HAD MATRESSES AND NO FRAMES, COUCHES WITHOUT CUSIONS. THEN I STARTED TO REALIZE ALL OF MY WOOD FURNITURE (WE HAVE A VERY NICE WOODEN BEDROOM SET. AND A VERY NICE DINING SET WITH A HUTCH AND WOODEN TABLE AND CHAIRS. THERE ARE GOUGES AND BIG SCRATCHES ON ALMOST EVERY PIECE. LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE. I CALLED TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM OLGA AT THE FRONT DESK SAYS THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD REFUND ME $200 AND NEVER DID. SHE GAVE ME A MANAGER PHONE NUMBER AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID HE DIDNT WORK FOR ANY MOVING CO OR KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. NOT ONLY ALL OF THIS, BUT HALF OF MY STUFF WAS LEFT AT THE OLD HOUSE. THE MOVERS WERE SUPPOSED TO MEET ME BACK AT THE OLD HOUSE FOR ROUND 2 (SINCE THEY DIDN'T GET ALL MY STUFF THE FIRST TIME) SO I GOT TO THE HOUSE AND WAS WAITING FOR THEM, ONLY TO FIND OUT OLGA (THE OFFICE PERSON) TOLD THEM TO GET THE LAST OF THE MONEY AND COME BACK TO THE SHOP. WE HAD TO RENT A UHAUL EVEN AFTER THEY LEFT PUTTING US IN A BAD SPOT WITH OUR DEADLINE TO BE OUT OF OLD HOUSE AND FINANCIALLY. DO. NOT. HIRE. THIS. COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT.
