This location for T-Mobile has the best customer service, they were so helpful and really worked with me when switching my phone. Ask the manager Steven he is the best!
Had an excellent experience buying a new phone and switching over to T-Mobile at this store. Subhi and Marwa were very nice and helpful in making that day go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and this store. Very clean store. Thanks to the manager Steve, you have a great staff.
Excellent service and plans. Special appreciation to Dean and Rubin who helped us through the process. They were knowledgeable, fast and easy to work with and helped transfer all our info. to our new phones.
Steven Zureikat store manager was a great guy to deal business with. He was patient and listened to every concern I had before he suggested a new device. He's well knowledgeable and not pressure sold me a phone that I couldn't afford. I will definitely go back to this location if I run into any issues or have any questions. If you go there ask for Steven. His staff is just as knowledgeable.
