Had an awesome experience today with Chad! Super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Unlike most places, Chad took the time to assess whether or not I needed their services before having me make a payment. I truly appreciated his integrity and will look forward to doing business with Computer Greeks in the future. :)

Didn't want to entertain trying to help me out suggested I go to Best buy. Told me that they are small Mom and Pop shop and that was why they could not even entertain my problem and I said I was from a small Mom and Pop shop too, got hung up on.nI'm not sure what else to say, I'm sure that they've helped people out, didn't even want to hear what my problem was.nEDIT Thank you for clarifying. I will clarify the hang up, a lady told me our discussion was becoming circular and she was hanging up, good bye, in response to my saying I operate a mom/pop shop too. We all have bad days, and on this day, I had just spent 6 hours following advanced tutorials trying to solve my problem with Windows 10, and so I was a bit exasperated too. I try to keep my reviews honest, and to the point, hence the 3 stars, as I am sure you have helped tons of folks out there. Further, I guess it was probably my fault assuming you offer some tech help/advice at your store, so maybe I am to blame after all. Thank you much and take care.

Had laptop issues (blue screen of death) took to them to get fixed (they did) but some things are not right which I cant figure out why. So far I noticed my file explorer is different that im having a hard time trying to figure out how to get it the way ita always been. Got something called open shell which never had installed on here now. Start screen is way different not sure how that happened. Other thing is my dad has taken his desktop there for some reason. I bring that up cause his photos for his screen saver are all of the sudden on my laptop and im very confused on that. Got a shortcut called owner never clicked on it yet so not sure what it's for. Another shortcut called start screen which when clicked takes me to my start screen seems pointless why they added that to my shortcuts. All being said they fixed it and recieved it an a couple days back but not happy about all the other stuff that's on here and things being different.
