I went in and Dan was very helpful and told me exactly what I was supposed to do. Went in the next day, Dan wasn't there, but the guy that was, had the worst attitude. I tried explaining to him what i had spoken to Dan about and the advice he gave me, but it only seemed like he wanted to finish up quickly and get me out of there. It's really sad if one person in the store ruins its reputation.

Great location with very helpful staff! Daniel was super friendly and great assistance when he helped me set up my new phone.

I asked Ismail if he could print a label for me so I could ship a phone but he said Tmobile does not allow him to do that,nor do they allow internet use. Really how would you be able to set up phones he was to busy messing around with the girls in the store instead of doing his job. I went to a much better run store on 84th and Harlem and recieved excellent service.

Called with a tech issue and Rick and the staff were super helpful and patient. He waited on the phone and walked me through the different steps to resolve the issue. Dan and other staff that answered the phone were friendly as well. And thank God, the issue was resolved... all over the phone! Thank you!

Needed help with headphones and headphone adapter. Daniel helped us out quickly. the service was really good and the staff was very friendly.
