I'm so sorry and disappointed to write this review. I spent $24 on the French silk pie and it was frankly awful. The crust was so tough we could barely cut it let alone chew it. The filling was fine - kind of runny, but good flavor. Would not purchase a pie here again.nnUPDATE: After emailing Franklins Pie Company, I heard from the manager who offered to provide us with a replacement pie or a refund. I appreciated how professional and helpful she was.
Such a cute shop! We love visiting. Only wish is that they had a couple high chairs available to use.
Had the chocolate cream pie and it was over priced. Crust was hard to cut and for $24 I expected better. Could buy a frozen pie and it would taste just as good.
Tried 3 different pies, cherry, banana cream,and chocolate pie and I have to say the fillings were very good however the crusts on all the pies were extremely thick ,hard to cut certainly not flaky.
Cute cafe, had pie and coffee, friendly environment. Also offers a variety of other items.nWill definitely go back!
