I purchased a slice of lemon cake, and a slice of German chocolate. I am very disappointed with the lack of icing on both. The German chocolate which is my favorite, was a little dry, and the icing was lacking throughout the layers. I had over half of the cake left that’s garbage. Maybe you could add Mayo for moisture in your batter. The lemon cake needs more lemon flavor to go with that vibrant yellow color. The icing has lemon flavor, just not enough icing on and throughout the cake. Fix these problems and I will purchase again.
Wow and Wow! Just discovered this bakery last weekend. Truly Amazing! Super fresh and warm Pitas, Today I ordered 2 ground beef pizzas, again amazing! Also so refreshing to engage with such friendly and kind people. I may go even just go for a visit, these people are good for your soul :)
I purchased some butter cookies that taste like sugar/short bread cookies. They looked amazing, however not butter cookies.
Crack chicken in Lansing, MI sells their cakes. They are delicious. German chocolate, and lemon cake is super good, very moist and good icing.
