Service has really been horrible as of lately. I’m not sure if there’s new management but they need to get it back to the way it was. I miss the friendly atmosphere. Also, when there is a line of people and you have a couple placing multiple orders 1 after another it’s time to tell that person to step aside, in a professional manner.nIn addition when a customer placed an on the go order and you blatantly remove an item to give it to a customer ordering inside, that’s just wrong. Every morning i stop by to get my iced coffee. They are the best! Cant imagine my morning without it!
They offer an awesome variety of fresh food. I liked dining here. Staff members are always helpful, pricing is reasonable and the place is always well organised.
They didn't close my hot coffee lid well enough. Spilled some on my chest.
