Driver decided not to come. he assume we was closed even though i called and said i will en here waiting till he arrives.. maybe because it was good Friday.. he didn't want to work.. and customer service wasn't any better...

Very unorganised. Missed my bol’s then asking me to show them to get unloaded. Spend 5 hours just due their mistake. And still didn’t touch my trailer. 6 pallets only.nOvernight parking at Bollore company.
