Big mistake on my part. They only carry basic state insurance which is .30 cents a pound and the reason it is worded that way is because the most expensive items are electronic items. The boy carried my 65 inch TV in by himself and grabbed the screen with his thumb and cracked the glass. My television is junk and the most I can be reimbursed by their insurance is less then $8.00. The truck they used should be in the scrap yard and not moving people's furniture. They told me to show them a route without going on toll ways or Express ways because it could not get up to the speed limit they require. It sounded like it had no exhaust and the exhaust fumes were poisoning the workers who were in the truck. The testimony of the workers was that they were paid cash and they had no official company paperwork when I paid them for the job. The workers they used were European immigrants and I am sure they are being exploited financially because of the greed of the stewards of Vitesse moving. If I was not in an emergency situation I would have canceled the job. If any state officials read this please do your job and shut down this criminal enterprise. The IRS needs to prosecute them for tax evasion. I don't know who they paid to post the positive responses for their company but they are nothing but LIES!!!!!!!!!

This company is awesome! I have used them for huge 17,000 sq. ft. Homes to 1800 sq. ft. Homes. Their guys are the best. Melissa is amazing to work with. I would recommend to anyone.

Honestly, I was impressed. They did same day service. The guys were so fast and efficient. I can be really particular about customer service, but they exceeded my expectations. Even the lady who picked up and took my invoice was so helpfully. Thanks guys. ud83dudc4d

Wonderful experience, Melissa, who I worked with to setup the move was great. The three gentlemen that did the move were phenomenal. Highly efficient, polite, professional. Truly a great process and that is hardly ever the case when moving.

Not sure if the positive reviews on here for this moving company are actually legit because my experience was very bad. They didn't help with packing as they promised and they spent 6 and a half hours on a job that shouldn't have taken more than 4 hours in total even though they sent 3 movers but only 1 really who did most of the work cause the other two were mostly out, talking, smoking and playing on their phones. Called the owner to ask him to talk to the two movers about helping out and not wasting my time, the owner responded with yelling at me and threatening to send his movers away before finishing the job!!nI would never ever use them again nor do I recommend their service to anyone.
