Arrived right on time. Very professional. Friendly staff. Very respectful of people and property. Efficient service. I am already recommending them to my community a go to moving company. I was impressed! And a follow up call from the office after all was accomplished so efficiently? That is very rare. And the price is very pocket friendly. Beats all the others in terms of accommodation of time too. They will definitely see more servces' requests from my community because I am blowing their trumpet!!!

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with this company! Never have I ever seen such disrespect and lack of customer service.nThe account manager, Shane Murphy, did not tally the items correctly and misquoted the total payment. He misquoted by over $2000. Also, I was guaranteed to have all the items delivered the next day.nOn moving day, Jorge Velasquez and his team showed up 3 hours late. It was an out of state move so you would expect to show up at least within the time frame they scheduled. It took them over 8 hours to just load the truck. They broke a book shelf and another small shelf while moving it out of the house. No reimbursement on broken items!nSince the delivery was confirmed for the next day we (my wife, 16 month old daughter, and I) drove overnight to Michigan from Illinois so we could get to our new house before the movers get there. We only packed things for one day and had a hotel booked just in case. We never received a call from these guys regarding their estimated arrival time so I call the company and they tell me that the delivery is scheduled for 5 days later. I explained the details and my arrangement to the representative on the phone and she was very understanding and apologetic. She did her best and got everything arranged to be delivered in 2 days and said that the company would cover our hotel stay for the extra 2 days.nThankfully, the movers showed up on time. Apparently one of the movers was in a rush for whatever reason and had the audacity to ask my wife to help remove the padding and wrapping. It’s one thing to ask respectfully but being blatantly rude, disrespectful, and asking someone else to do the job they were hired to do.nAt the end we bring up our hotel reimbursement and that we were told it would be covered by the company. Over the phone their “team leader”, Jorge Velasquez, denied the hotel reimbursement and any other reimbursement related to the 2 day delay of delivering our furniture.nnI would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Horrible customer service! Liars! Disrespectful! Thieves!

World’s WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!nnI was told because my move was a longer intrastate move, I was given a flat fee for the truck which included the driving time of $420. I even have confirmation of this via text from sales man Jake. The estimate showed 6 hours of labor which I confirmed that labor was the loading and unloading and not the drive and once again I was told yes. I also told the sales rep that it shouldn’t take six hours of load unload time and he told me I would only be charged for the actual time the used. I had been quoted a flat fee for everything someplace else that would be cheaper, and I wanted clarification on their contract before I signed.nWhen they came at me with the bill to pay with a percentage of my VALUABLE items still on the truck, they came at me with 6.5 hours of labor! They charged me 3.5 hours for the drive. I estimated the drive 2 hours based on its mostly expressway and 116 miles according to Google Maps. They told me because it was raining it took longer. But at 3.5 hours that meant they were traveling at 33/34 miles per hour, on I80.nI am told the total that I owe, and I explain and show them the text that Jake sent to me and they said well you signed the contract for 6 hours of labor, so you have to pay 6 .5 hours of labor since the whole process started at 8:50 am. Their answer including their dispatcher George and manager Mellissa where Jake was wrong the do charge for the labor. I signed a contract that states otherwise. I did sign a contract for them, but I was told truck and drive was a flat fee. Bait and switch.nnNow the moving team is threatening to leave with the rest of my stuff if I don’t pay and I no longer can pay with Zelle because it was “down” I had to use Cash App or Venmo. I was willing to pay the truck fee and the labor for the load and unloading of my items and not the labor fee on top of the truck fee as explained by Jake and I was refusing to pay that labor fee ONLY! I wanted to speak with the owner. They just held their ground that I pay the full amount, or they were leaving with my stuff. I told them I would pay them the amount that Jake said, and they still threatened to leave with my stuff. I never said once that I would not pay anything at all. I was trying to negotiate a split as a compromise and split the labor they were charging me for the drive, and they were unwilling compromise. Told if I pay the full amount, they will get back to me on Monday or once again going to leave with the rest of my stuff. I reluctantly paid the full amount via Venmo with a note that I was over charged for the rest.nnMy compromise was $120 refund for one hour of labor since I estimated the drive would take 2 hours. On Monday Melissa and I ended up in a yelling match on the phone when they offered me $60 refund on the $420 of labor charges for the drive. When I kept asking for a compromise of one. Instead, she hung up on me.nnALSO, THE TRUCK LEAKS!!!! My stuff was wet, luckily it was mostly plastic bins and boxes of clothes that could be rewashed and dried. They offered to pay $0.30 per pound for damage but nothing in this case was permanently damaged. But who is not to say other peoples’ belongings won’t be damaged by their leaky truck.nnSad think was the two guys who were working tried to stay out of the whole thing while I argued with the one who was handling the money. One even told me on the side how sorry he was for this and that Jake shouldn’t have done this. George the dispatcher said it was wrong and I should get my money back. Jake refused to even respond to me in anyway. They allege they have recordings of the phone conversations but did not offer them. Nor do I recall being advised that conversations were being recorded. Lastly, most of my conversations with the company was done via text and I have the text tread. Even after all of this, I handed each of the three movers $40 cash (an hour‘s labor) as a thank you for their hard work because it wasn’t their fault their boss refused to be a honest business man and honor Jake’s quote.

This moving company was amazing. The guys were super cool, friendly, and very professional. They also moved super quick and gave pointers on last minute packing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving. They seriously made this so much easier. Our movers were Jorge, Fred, and Villa.

15 mins earlier than expected which was a huge plus and got right to work! Broke down The entire process and assured me and my roommate just what could and couldn’t be packed in the truck but brought it down for us anyway to put in our cars. Amazing job from the whole crew as well as customer service! Would definitely use them again!
