Samantha was excellent it took us an hour because my mom had a TracFone but she provided my mom with a brand new phone and service and had her put on autopay so she won't forget 1 to pay her bill monthly. I would highly recommend Samantha. She was working by herself she had lots of customers and it took over 45 minutes and she was very patient to help us she had to make several phone calls to make sure that this phone number can be ported for my mom old TracFone prepaid to a regular account with MetroPCS on her own plan for $30 a month. We are very excited and the lights to wish a Merry Christmas to Samantha and her team in Northlake Illinois! Kathy and Sandra King
