Off bat, I can say that from the moment I began my contract to today when I finally paid it off and became the owner of my TV my experience has been pleasant. I’m really sorry, but I can’t remember any of the names of the employees there, but the store managers are very understanding and willing to work with you. I was making on time payments up until the last two payments when I was out of work for awhile and couldn’t make any payments at all. I was well over the 15 day contractual obligation and even received a repo letter. I called the store and spoke with the store manager and we worked it out that if I paid today then the repo would be null and I would own my TV. I called back two hours later and settled the debt and that was that. They were willing to work with me despite being overdue by nearly 30 days.nnPay your stuff and it’s yours. It’s literally that easy. Life happens but communicate with them as much as possible and you’ll likely have more time or a solution to your problem. Most people that complain about RAC are folks that have no intention of paying or just choose not to. Don’t be that person. Real people work here, like you and me. Treat them like such and the courtesy will be extended back.

Great location, great staff ,great management, friendly, helpful , they really do help you out.. you just can't be late on your payments and if you're a couple days late let them know!!! don't try to hide from them ...they can help you out if you can't pay ...until your back on your feet.. KEVIN hook me up but there all great work as a team ud83dude0a thank you rent-A-center..

Very rude.nThe girl was talking to me like she didnt care.i asked for manager who was there and he hid out too.nI thought this was a good company.
