I really debated on this. However, the amount of times that I’ve come here and gotten my order messed up is just too much. I will say that I love the place. I love the friendly staff, the food, and the environment. What it comes down to is that it’s a hot mess and I truly hope that the management gets it together because it could be such an amazing place. Cashiers have masks under nose and get simple orders such as no ice in a drink, incorrect. I’ve had about 8/10 orders messed up. They are always kind enough to fix it but it should not be a problem in the first place. Please save this new business and get your stuff together!

Always great potatoes. Delicious Chicken and Dumpling soup, and fantastic (unsweet) Ice Tea!nnAnd of course, how can I not mention the friendly employees and a fantastically clean bathroom (women's)

Very tasty and fresh.nnWe had the Savannah Chopped Salad and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with cucumbers and tomatoes.nnI'm looking forward to trying something else and so is mom.

Terrible customer service and a clueless manager!! They got my order wrong for the second time in less than a week, and then tried to blame Doordash for their workers getting the order wrong! They claimed to be out of an ingredient but still charged me for it, completely neglected to add ceaser dressing to a ceaser salad, and the manager who answered when I called the store said that the best they could do was refund me for the 65 cents but wouldn't do anything else to correct my order.

To bad I have to give it any stars. The food was over priced and bread was soggy. The manager was in the back barking orders like a drill Sargeant. Hateful and rude is how I would describe him. And to top it off an employee who came out to bus tables spewed profanity the whole time she was near us. Not sure how they are everywhere else but horrible in Jacksonville Il.
