Entered the store requesting information on televisions, pricing, sizing and different programs available. Katrina was very helpful, she went over specs on each television and helped me pick which was best for my family. I purchased one night and it was delivered by Chase the next day. He made sure everything was set up and in working condition. Everyone was so nice and understanding of my needs.nI will definitely be using my referral card for friends and family and I will be back to purchase more.

I have bought furniture from chester rent one twice now. A living room set (couch, love seat, end tables, and coffee table), an entertainment center, and a bedroom set (bed frame, two dressers, an two night stands). I have always been satisfied with my furniture and my purchases. My bed actually broke during the buying process and katrina (the manager) was amazing with getting our replacement which happened to be better then the one we originally wanted. They are always great when we call for anything. I don't love in chester but still always go to that store! Will buy from them again if and when we need anything else!!
