Had lots of trouble nailing down an install date, which made me doubt my decision. Finally got flooring installed and I was happy for a few months. Now that I'm experiencing some problem, Mike can't be bothered to keep an appointment or even call.nDon't make this mistake. Horribly disappointed.

It sure would be nice if these guys would pay for their orders, shipped an order to them in August, and they can't be bothered to pay an invoice for $104. If they can't be bothered with that, I'm not sure they'll stand behind whatever they sale, but that's my opinion.
