My Niece waited over 30 minutes to pick up a cake from the Bakery that was already paid for. No one showed up even when paged over the intercom. The Manager wouldn't even go pick up the cake until she received a very unfriendly phone call. The place could care less about their customers. Walmart doesn't care about customers because they know they are really the only place around

I called to open more lines because there were 8 people in one line. All others were self checkout. The lady who answered the phone said they can't open another lane but someone in the self help line will help you. I went to the self help line and asked the man there to help because I don't self checkout. While he is getting each bag he pulls down his mask and locks his fingers each time. Apparently Walmart does not care about what there own people do as long as you are masked up.

In spite of how crowded and busy it was because of the holiday season, The workers was yet very nice, courteous, and helpful. They all had a smile on their faces and one of the workers was very busy trying to get the dairy products stocked but I asked him if there was any more eggnog and he stopped what he was doing and he smiled at me and politely asked me if I would wait while he checked. And he thoroughly checked and he apologized to me because there wasn't anymore. I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Sparta, Illinois Walmart store. They are all so nice. Thank y'all so much. ☺ufe0f
