We were referred to Nathan by friends and we are glad we chose 618Pro! He arrived within 24 hours of our call, was on time for the appointment and very polite and courteous while in our home. Nathan upgraded our equipment and contacted our internet provider to ensure a smooth transition. He was gone in less than an hour and we are very happy with the results.I would recommend him without hesitation.

618 Pro has been especially annoying to work with in my experience. If you have someone onsite who does your network management and you hire them for installation, make sure you ask them for all the logins and make sure you have them use your equipment for installation. The access points they set up are set up with their own SSIDs (network names) so while it may not be a hassle for me, to your customers they may lead to quite a bit of confusion as to why there's 5 different networks under essentially the same name. I've had to call a couple times to make sure that I have access to our own equipment and they charge extra hours just to make sure that they put it on your equipment. At least there are a few good things I can say. They seem to only use the best equipment for the job and get installation done quick. Nate, coming from someone who sets up all of their home network stuff, a suggestion is to make sure all the access points and routers are set up with the same SSID and password. It creates less of a hassle for the customers and your clients.

Nate has helped us out with A/V on numerous occasions. He has always been on time, communicated our needs well & very professional. I would highly recommend Nate for A/V and security camera needs!

618PRO installed new speakers and equipment in our outreach center and installed all new sound equipment in our sanctuary. They also installed new security camera system and setup a new camera so that we can do our services on Facebook live. Very professional and friendly to work with. Everything they installed works and sounds better then we expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone.nBelle Rive Baptist church
