My coffee order is super easy, somehow they mess it up one out of three times. I wish I was exaggerating, but I waited until I threw away 5 drinks to make this review. I used to go 2x a wk at minimum to this specific location, but since I travel for work, I'll get my dunkin fix elsewhere. I even told the mgr about it on a visit, I was met with a shrug. Cool.
Always wondered why there was a line around the building first time here it was good
I hope this Dunkin never loses its current manager. Their track record of hiring polite and courteous employees is impeccable. This is one of the few establishments in Carbondale where I've NEVER had a bad experience. Food is always fresh, coffee is always consistent, and donuts, well, it's Dunkin Donuts! Great breakfast spot but arrive before 8am if you don't want to see a line in the drive thru.
Good service - even with extremely long lines (during COVID) they’re able to move you through the drive-thru pretty quick.
Best latte I have ever had!! Way better than Starbucks
