Living Springs Retreat is a beautiful natural facility that uses natural health principles to help the body heal itself. They assist others to acquire an understanding of the function of the body, how to preserve it in good health and how to cooperate with nature in restoring it to a state of wellness by eating healthy, administering hydrotherapy, using herbal preparations as well as exhausting other natural remedies.nEvery first Tuesday of the month they host a Supper Club of which healthy vegan food is served to the public free of charge.nThe staff is friendly and eager to teach healthy lifestyle management.nThe grounds, gardens and facility are beautiful, and relaxing.
