I'm not exactly sure what the deal is with this place. The lady in hardware is especially nice and knowledgeable. It's just hard to find anyone. No one seems to know where anything is, the lumber saw was broken, and just seems generally under staffed. Once I went in needing help finding a specific fitting for a pipe. There was a group of men standing there talking, and I couldn't really get any of them to help. I went to the customer service desk and waited for a page for about 10 mins. I just left. That was the first time that happened. Usually if you can find someone, they're extremely nice and helpful, but you have to hunt for them. Another time a fellow customer ended up explaining the tools I needed and where to find them because there was no one to be found. I don't really leave bad reviews, but this store needs more employees it seems like. And some serious help.

The customer service is usually on point. The only reason for the 3 stars is this location is consistently out of basic materials needed for electrical work. There have been several times I’ve had to actually look on the top shelf at overstock to find what I need if it’s even there. The store however is kept clean and aisles clear.

Not following mask mandate. Every time the employee helping me spoke he pulled his mask off. No reason. Don't go in person. They are not being responsible or safe.

I walked in this store to buy only 1 item. There was a store employee right at the front door stocking shelves and I asked for help. He stopped what he was doing and located my item . Now my item was on a shelf 25 feet up . He located a lift to get my 1 item . My shopping was finished in 5 minutes. Store was clean and employees very helpful. I will return.

I have been coming to this lowes almost monthly for the last 5 years, And I have never left the store with everything I went there to get. They always have empty shelves of common items and tools. On one occasion I drove to the store to buy a table saw, not only were they out of stock of the brand I wanted, they did not have a single table saw in the store that they could sell me.I am to the point that it's more beneficial to drive an extra 20 miles past the store either direction just to get everything I set out to get at one location. When you ask an associate for assistance they all act like it is their first day working there. The way this store is managed is a prime example as to why people would rather shop online than in a store.
