I got transferred from a lovely rep to something else entirely. She didn't tell me when to hold, she didn't tell me anything except can you just come in? I worked retail for 7 yes, I KNOW customers in store come first, but you could at least ask to hold or try another time to call back that's not so busy. Google gives you your busy times. Never stepping for on that store, sorry Otis. You were my one 5-start on here.

Loved my experience going in here the best out of all the ones on the parkway. Customer service is EXCELLENT!

Lady was very good at her job and very well mannered ty.

Very poor management, there young unprofessional, and disrespectful.
