Very poor customer service everytime I go to pay my bill I'm told there system is down or they don't have change for 100$ bill it's always something with this location I rate it 0 stars

I pulled up at 9:15 lady putting up sign that says she'll be back in 30min.. Mind you they open at 9am.. Here it is 9:56 am & nobody still has pulled up.. She would have been better off saying we're closed..
