I buried my nephew on 7/29/17. He was the two year old that drowned in a swimming pool on 7/24/17 at a Crestwood home. He was attending his parents wedding reception. I love the new administration at Zion Memorial Gardens. I visit my nephew and uncle once a week. The staff has done an excellent job. I do not care about what others think, just visit the gardens and you will see that everything is done on a professional level. The staff is very friendly and they know how to treat the families. Excellent job Zion Memorial Gardens. I do have other family members buried at this location. Please keep up the excellent work and thank you. Zion, please do not look back only forward. I went to visit today, 12/11/17 and I did tell the gentleman what an excellent job they were doing. I just cannot say it enough Excellent Job. Thank you, thank you, thank you and Happy Holidays, Yolanda Wilkins

Just buried my brother here about 2 months ago and we love the new administration. They are very sweet respectable Christian people. They keep his grave site so neat and well kept thank you so much for honoring his final resting place.

Dear Friends if you have a Loved one Buried here you should visit that resting site often, the staff does keep the lawn mowed nicely etc, however the staff is not swift on keeping the grave makers updated or placing them in a timely manner . It took almost a month for them to place the grave marker on my father's grave and when asked about it, the staff said the marker had not come from the Veteran Administrations yet, which was untrue as I saw my father's marker in a crate near Zion Memorial Gardens Office.nMy Uncle passed away in March 2015 I visited his resting place 27 June 2015 his name was not yet on the Mausoleum wall where her is Buried with his wife. this is unsatisfactory ! the late A.G. Gaston is Buried Here he started this cemetery and many other business if he were alive today and knew of the uncaring proficiencies of the Caretaking staff at Zion Memorial Gardens these folks would be fired on the spot. In closing just visit the resting place of your loved ones to make sure they are buried with dignity.

My father passed away 7 yrs ago we paid for a double head stone and plot... my mother passed 3 yrs later we were told all they would have to do is trace my father's name so the letters would match for her plate.... Well it has been 4 yrs and the name plate has still not been ordered or placed on the head stone....The excuse was they changed management and they would fix the problem by ordering it. I was told to give them 3 weeks and give them a call well I gave them over a month and everytime I called they wanted to take a message for the office manager but she never returned my calls ...this was last year.... well needless to say I went out there on today and my mother's name is still missing.... I will be there when they open tomorrow and no excuses will be acceptable.... this is pure disrespect and very unprofessional....
