The service here was very awesome. Britney was very helpful she was very polite. She made sure we was satisfied with everything we got. I couldn’t find no better customer service in Atmore. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Trust me you want be disappointed. If she don’t have what your looking for she goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

Manager never returned repeated calls. I started calling at 9:03. The young man who answered was very polite and stated his manger would have to check on the online order. He took my name, number, and item number I was looking for—a chair I NEEDED for my husband who had surgery. I call back at 10:45-still no manager. I go to the store at 11:45-no manager. Young man shows me the note he has for the manager when he gets in. I call back at 4:00 and finally speak to the manager who never called me. He stated he would call me back in 10 minutes. At 5:30 (90 minutes later) I call AGAIN. The manager is not there, but Dustin stated he will contact the manager. At 6:30, I call AGAIN to be told the manager stated he has my number and would call or text me. Neither of which ever happened. After that call I called Kathy at Babers in Mobile and she was more than accommodating. I have what I need being delivered tomorrow thanks to Kathy at Mobile Babers. I called Atmore store one more time at 6:50 to have Dustin tell Bernard not to worry about calling back, I was using another store. I must add that Dustin was incredibly polite and apologetic each time I spoke with him. Management at Atmore Babers leaves much to be desired. Thank you Kathy of Mobile.
