I set up an appointment for today at 11am. The receptionist looked at the appointment and found my name then proceeded to call the hairstylist. Jenna said she didn't see the appointment. Mind you I set it up 3 days ago. They could've called to verify. I even called prior to my appointment and nobody answered! I entered and the receptionist was on her phone. Go figure ud83dude44 They called another hairstylist who's available and so I was like cool. Then 30 minutes have passed and the receptionist said this second hairstylist forgot that she has another appointment! This place doesn't respect your time. The people who work here are so unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend these people to take care of your hair.
My first time getting a Brazilian wax here and it was absolutely AMAZING!! Mariah was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable!! She explained everything and provided lots of education. She is super sweet!! I will definitely be going back to her while I’m here in Odessa!!
The salon is so cute inside! Mariah is amazing at brows & Naomi did an amazing facial. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I’ve had two massages here and had my hair done! Boy was I pampered! I loved it. I’ve been looking for a true professional massage and I found it here. Massage was wonderful, the room beautiful and relaxing with a fur blanket and to top it off let me not forget to mention the complimentary steam shower afterwards and my hair looked amazing as well...I’m a hooked and a regular now.
