Bought a really nice leather sofa for a reasonable price, super friendly sales person, and helpful guys from the warehouse who loaded it on the moving truck. Will come back to purchase a recliner soon.

Quality to price is hugely positive compared to their mall counterpart. The sales people are friendly and engaged. It's a bit old school in specific ways but not at all a negative.

Very disappointed in this place. I was out of town and could not make it in to pay, as a result, I’m out $400. They could not give me store credit or work with me in any way. I’m never shopping here again.nThey lost my business for good.
