Very clean store and service is always very friendly.
They have so much to look at, electronics, beautiful furniture and appliances.. All the employees at Conn's are very nice and helpful, Julie is the one that helped me and I will definitely go back again. She was very patient and friendly. Great customer service is hard to come by in a fast paced world filled with technology. We visited multiple stores looking for appliances. I was so unhappy with the customer service at the other stores. We decided to try one more store before we gave up and ordered online. I would like to say we were very happy with Conn's Home Plus. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Isaiah Hernandez checked to see what appliances were available for next day delivery. He went above and beyond to make sure both the washer and dryer we were looking for could be delivered the next day. I didn’t have to wait a week or two for delivery. That was a plus for me. Upper management called other stores to ask if they had the dryer we wanted in stock and if it could be delivered to us the next day. They were successful. I will definitely be going back to see them for future purchases.
Adonica was very sweet and took good care of me. I also enjoyed walking through the store looking at things. I haven't been out of the house for a while. My stove was delivered the next day. I was very happy with my purchase and the delivery process.
Place was very clean and high quality furniture. Very friendly staff. Process took longer than I expected but over all I was very satisfied with the hole process. Definitely recommend the store to others.
