I’m from out of town and did not expect much from anrecord store in a small town, after my visit I couldn’t be more satisfied! I left with some great albums for a great price! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They had exactly what I had been looking for and knew just where to find it. My only regret is that I don’t live local ud83dude43! Thank you!nnI really do hope I have the opportunity to stop by here again!
Pros: Required customers to use hand sanitizer before handling records, mask requirement, limited number of people in the store, great selectionnnCons: Poor customer service. I purchased 3 new vinyl records and upon playing them they all had quality defects. I've not had this issue with other stores. I direct messaged Endless Horizons on Instagram asking for tips on what to do OR if I could return them. It's been about 2 weeks now and they have not responded while continuing to post on their Instagram account. I don't often post on Google Reviews, but I wanted to let others know about my experience with this store.

Only place to get special orders and friendly faces. They are also taking special care with social distancing in the store. Love this store!
