Me and my wife just left one store, that store didn’t have the phone she wanted. That store had 5 people in it when we walked in not a single one was wearing a mask that includes the people working there. We went to the next store who had the phone she wanted as soon as we walked in it wasn’t, welcome to T-Mobile how can we help you. It was you need a mask it’s company policy. How is it that the T-Mobile store not even three miles down the road has a different policy.

I live in Midland, called ahead for a repair told them what was wrong with my phone along with the cracks, they told me to come down anyway so they can look at it. Not even there for 2 minutes and they tell me they can’t repair it because of the cracks ( which i already informed them about). Drove from Midland to Odessa for something that i could’ve been informed about over the phone.

They are so nice! The place are clean,new of course. Roomy. They'd see you and approach you immediately to assist something you need. It was impressive. I am deaf. I'd show them my notes and say let's communicate from there typing. He was willing and cooperative. Very nice gesture and patient with me. I'm grateful. They didn't have what my husband and I needed. But he offered another solution. A new one. I asked for a video example. Showed me and I got convinced. I bought it. I felt welcomed! Thank you so much. To anyone who doesn’t like waiting, it’s a phone store with consultants. So they take time with customers to ensure that everything is taken care of. Whether there are 2 customers or 20. Most people that sit behind the desk don’t work for sprint. They are techs that work for the insurance company. You’ll get long wait times at almost any store unless they are not busy. This store has been great for me and my family. Always helped and we never leave dissatisfied. A+ experience. And remember, they can’t follow through with most of what customer care promises you. Care has more power and if you want offers through them, you’re going to have to wait. Not everything can be done same day. Patience is key.
