Extremely unhelpful, barely stood or left the desk area. We wanted iPhone 12s but no. That was too much for these yahoos. We switched to Verizon the next day based solely on how we were treated in person.

Did not get the help I needed
I knew there was a reason I never come to this store!nI came to get a Apple Watch the cost was more then what I was expecting so I asked to b provided with the total amount I would have to pay so I can go get the moneynI was told the price come back 30 mins later with the cash just to b told the price is 43$ more then what they told me and they could do nothing to cut the new total back to the old onenI’ve been a customer for 2 years now and I’m still sad I switched from att smh get it together and train ur employees rite not to give false pricing information!
Terrible visit and terrible service. I have been with sprint 19 years and in this EXACT location have bought phones outright without activation and left with them. The young lady did nothing but argue with me and offered NO solutions. I went in to buy my mom a new phone who isn't on my plan and left with nothing. It was supposed to be a gift. Thanks for nothing.
