Went in to buy a dishwasher. Thought we would support a local business. We were the only one in the store and was ask to leave because we didn't have a mask. I will buy it on line instead. I could believe they would lose a sale because someone didn't have a mask. Won't go back.
These folks aren't your big box store. They know their stuff and they will take care of it after it is sold! They even fixed a washer for us that we didn't buy from them.
After chewing through 3 washing machines in less than 7 years, we're now part of the Speed Queen Club with a 7 year warranty and hopefully longer lifespan. Direct Appliance staff has helped us in the past and got our washing machine delivered in record time compared to the big box stores here. Thanks! -Matt & Anthony G
