I have known Shae FOREVER. She was my massage therapist and I was around when she got into the Cryo game.nnI am a total gym rat but at 58 there’s just places where body fat doesn’t want to come off. I finally tried the cryo slimming and the results are truly amazing.nnAustin R3 is a one stop shop for a lot of things. Hit her up there is no place better.

I visited R3 CryoSpa the night before running a half marathon. My body was sore from a Barre class I did a couple of days prior and in need of recovery. Thankfully, Jeanette recommended Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field Therapy paired with NormaTec Recovery Compression Therapy. Jeanette was extremely accomodating and knowledgable, she walked me through the entire process ensuring I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. The facility was incredibly clean and inviting, I left feeling recovered and relaxed. Better yet, I was able to get a full night of deep sleep and felt reenergized the morning of the race. I highly recommend this place!
